Mezun.com guarantees that it will not monitor, edit or disclose any telephone
calls (collectively, "Communications") that authorized Users of the Service
send or receive via the company. Except as may be required by law or legal process
or for customer care purposes, when a customer is in contact with a Customer
Care Representative. However, as with many other forms of communication, the
privacy of Communications sent and received via the Service cannot be guaranteed
by Mezun.com. Mezun.com will not send you any unsolicited messages except: A)
New Users may be sent one or more Service "Welcomes" or update messages explaining
features of, or providing additional information about, the Service; B) Mezun.com
may send you information about the Service, your account, or about other Mezun.com
offerings. However, neither Mezun.com nor its affiliates or advertisers will
send you unsolicited messages regarding any other offers or advertisements at
any time without your prior approval to receive such offers from Mezun.com,
